Starting Cup of Stories with a team. Building production systems from scratch, figuring out what leadership actually means, and delivering consistent work before you fully know what you are building.

Directing and producing at CineLove. This includes the Japan pre-wedding production (nine months, three couples, one final execution) and a scripted brand film for Sony. The work at a level that does not forgive improvisation.
